With 147L / customer (hosted and fed), water consumption decreased by 4.5% compared to 2017.
Efforts made by our cleaning teams to reduce their water consumption footprint and the replacement of a drying condenser system equipped with a heat pump, achieved this excellent result.

All of the work done since 2010 achieves a 43% reduction in overall electricity consumption.
Throughout 2018, food waste was at the center of Starling Hotel Geneva’s concerns.
The goal was to minimize food waste while maintaining a gourmand, varied and generous culinary image.
The challenge was completed as the rate of waste produced by customers has decreased by 12% between 2017 and 2018!
