Starling Hotel Geneva’s beekeepers harvested honey from the apiary on Friday the 20th of July.
The 2018 vintage is full of lime tree flavors and the last frames filled by our bees are characterized by refined lavender savors.
Amber, dense and syrupy, it combines various virtues: antiseptic, antibacterial, healing, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant.
Honey will be potted in glass jar at the end of the summer and will enjoy, as usual, the local GRTA label.
Bees, for their part, will continue to build their honey stocks to ensure their survival during the winter season.
