Based on your experiences in competition, how can you convey this to your customers?
My classes are structured so that the effort is progressive. Exercises should be done optimally and safely.
From experience, I know the requirement and the determination necessary to progress and achieve its goal.
Competitive performance is demanding and requires the athlete to be a perfectionist. This perfectionism is reflected in the structure of my coaching that I adapt according to the level and objectives of each.
And personaly, what do you gain from your sport competition experience?
Rigor and discipline as well as good stress management.
It has built my life, allowed me to go beyond physically and also psychologically. Sport permits me to be more serene and evacuate emotions.
High performance sport taught me to set specific goals in order to always progress. At the same time, practising sports remain a source of relaxation and contribute to my good health!
